International Sales Operations Coordinator (50-100%)

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and sales-oriented personality to strengthen our NAZAN SCHNAPP sales team and to support our national and international customers from our headquarters in Volketswil-Zurich.

The International Sales Operations Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for the teams of Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments. The International Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible as main contact for customers incl. for CRM maintenance and other sales support and administrative functions.

This position is based in Volketswil-Zurich, Switzerland where we operate our fast growing luxury brand internationally with customers all over the world.

To strengthen our team in this position you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Main contact for assigned customers, offer top level service and ensure customer satisfaction incl. delivery monitoring
  • Responsible for the full order process and on-time deliveries as per the agreements
  • Process invoices, delivery lists, credit notes, returns, ensure price list accuracy incl. sales relevant accounting support
  • Close cooperation with internal and external departments, warehouses and offices
  • Support marketing activities, product launches, sales managers and team members
  • Sales support and development of existing and new customers
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships, reporting and determining customer needs
  • Management of Samples and of Sales-Estimations
  • Stock development and monitoring
  • Order Book analysis
  • Interface for Sales and Supply Chain
  • Further sales relevant tasks on behalf of the management

To be successful in this position:

  • Bachelor degree in the area of business administration (or comparable)
  • First proven work experience in Sales Operations is preferred (ideally in the Luxury industry)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
  • Conceptional skills
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects on tight timelines.
  • Take ownership of projects from planning through to execution.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Organized, with excellent to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and German any additional language is welcome
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze reports and draw conclusions and recommendations
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Demonstrate ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of NAZAN SCHNAPP employees
