Global Training & Education Manager (50-100%)

In line with the brand identity & standards and company guidelines, in this role, you will develop and implement retail education training materials and tools for all type of training channels (presential, virtual, printed, e-learning) adapted to omni-channel retail environment.

Retail Education Programme Development:

  • Define, create, write, and implement education programmes to develop retail skills and mindset (including selling skills, client experience, CRM, retail metrics, store design & visual merchandising) for Beauty Advisors, Counter Managers, Retail Managers, and Coaches within all training channels (classroom, virtual, in-store, e-learning etc.) according to Education Strategy
  • Research, develop, and implement new pedagogical formats and new innovative training methods and materials (presential, in-store, digital etc.)
  • Ensure training content is adapted to the needs of the different audiences and omni-channel retail environment
  • Ensure that the client path within the retail skills training programmes represents the needs of the market reality and respects the CRM strategy and objectives
  • Ensure that company guidelines and standards are maintained in all forms of training and training communications
  • In partnership with internal com create meaningful communication on retail skills training programmes
  • Update training programmes and tools based on brand, retail & education strategy, and market needs
  • Evaluate and monitors effectiveness of training.


Education Strategy roll-out:

  • Participate actively in identifying global training & retail needs to help define global education strategy and Retail Academy programmes
  • Participate actively in rolling out the Retail Academy in the markets.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate actively other Global Training & Education team members to ensure consistency in training content and client path across all training documents
  • Collect feedback and builds a close collaboration with regional education & retail teams to ensure that Retail Skills Training Programmes correspond to market reality and needs
  • Work closely with Global Marketing team members to ensure consistent client experience
  • Work with internal studio on design of training presentations and assets: briefs precisely the studio team on the need for each asset/project
  • Search for external consultants/providers who have specific knowledge in one of the above retail education programmes or in new training channels
  • Build strong relationship with local training teams.

Organisation:

  • Respect budget assigned to specific projects by Global Training & Education Director
  • Follow up own T&E and project budget and updates Global Training & Education Director on a regular basis
  • Respect timelines and defines retro-planning for training programmes development until delivery to market.



Presentations.

Conduct a variety of in-person trainings and presentations
Take actively part in Train the Trainer seminars on Retail Education programmes.



Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of related education experience within the luxury retail environment
Demonstrated experience with instructional design and content writing
Experience with digital training channels
Exceptional presentation skills in physical and virtual training events
Experience with Train-the-Trainer
English first language or bi-lingual

Your Responsibilities

  • Motivation und Coaching des Verkaufs- und Spa-Personals
  • Organisation, Umsetzung und Durchführung von verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen, Events und Promotions
  • Promotion der NAZAN SCHNAPP™ Marken und Philosophie zum Ausbau des Bekanntheitsgrades
  • Ausbau und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen, Reporting und Ermittlung des Trainingsbedarfs
  • Einsätze in Kosmetikkabinen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kosmetikerin oder Drogistin
  • Kosmetischer Background und mehrjährige fundierte Verkaufserfahrung im Kosmetiksegment
  • Leidenschaft für den Verkauf, ausgeprägter Servicegedanke und hohe Flexibilität
  • Empathie und die Fähigkeit langfristige Kundenbeziehungen zu etablieren
  • Aussergewöhnliche Teamfähigkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative 
  • Leistungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden zwischenmenschlichen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und einer "CAN DO"-Einstellung
  • Sie verfügen des weiteren über fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Freude am Reisen
