    PREPARATION FOR BOTH METHODS Apply liberal amount of NAZAN SCHNAPP™ Face Oil, Serum or Essence for easy glide to clean and dry skin, face and décolleté. Dynamic or flash cupping for both methods to prevent cupping marks.


    MASSAGE GLIDE CUPPING Compress the silicone bulb of the cup, apply to skin and release to create suction. Then glide in sweeping motion.


    FLASH CUPPING Compress the silicone bulb of the cup, place on skin, release to create suction, lift and repeat.
